I am so delighted with my customer experience from Flames and Fireplaces. I had a wood burning stove installed in my hall, however due to the gloss tiles it did move around a bit. Martina got one of her engineers to custom make feet for the stove to keep it in place. Even though this wasn't a problem with the stove Flames solved the problem.
